The Board of Directors of the Sudanese Islamic Bank

The Board of Directors of the Sudanese Islamic Bank invites shareholders who wish to nominate themselves for membership of the Board of Directors for its new term, and who meet the conditions and requirements stated in the Circulars of the Central Bank of Sudan, to fill out the nomination questionnaire available at the Secretariat of the Board of Directors and on the website:

The completed questionnaire must be submitted or sent to the Board Secretariat no later than 09/12/2025, together with the following documents:

• A recent criminal record certificate for the nominee.
• A curriculum vitae (CV) along with supporting documents.
• A clearance certificate from Zakat and Taxes.
• A credit report, to be submitted to the Central Bank of Sudan for approval.

This should be completed before the convening of the General Assembly of Shareholders, which will be announced at a later date.
